SCIS Awarded New Task Order to Support DOD’s Aircrew Electronic Warfare Tactical Training Range Contract

Space Coast Intelligent Solutions (SCIS) was recently awarded a new multimillion-dollar task order by Leidos (NYSE:LDOS) to resolve requirements, develop, design, validate, document, and upgrade the existing operational Man-portable Air Defense System (MANPADS) Pilot Training System.  The task order is in support of projects associated with the Naval Air Warfare Center’s (NAWC) Aircrew Electronic Warfare Tactical Training Range (AEWTTR) contract, of which Leidos is the prime contractor.  The non-recurring engineering and production work is slated to be conducted at SCIS facilities in Melbourne, Fla. with additional fielding and training to take place at various locations across the United States.

“This award is the direct result of all the hard work and outstanding mission support the SCIS Team has provided our Leidos customer over the last three plus years.  More importantly, the award of this new AEWTTR Task Order allows us to hire additional full-time Team Members here in Melbourne,” said SCIS President and CEO Brian Jaskiewicz.

This fully funded Task Order period of performance runs through March 2023.
